Yoga is the journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self.
Yoga is more than a sequence of poses—it's a practice of presence. It’s about slowing down to reconnect with the body, mind, and spirit in the here and now. In the quiet, we move from doing to being, and through this stillness, we access what’s already within us: transformation, healing, and higher consciousness.
All You Need to Do Is Show Up
A musically driven and dynamically sequenced blend of traditional Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga. Grounded in breath and somatic awareness, classes are designed to challenge, engage, and empower.
Each practice builds momentum through layered transitions and curated soundscapes that shape the energy of the flow. When the moment is right, the music goes up, the cues soften, and you’re given space to move with full agency—guided by breath, rhythm, and instinct.
In each class, you are invited to prioritize what feels authentic: to do what you want to do, not what you think you have to do. The goal is presence, not perfection.
Yoga, at its heart, is a practice of union—body, mind, and breath. It’s a way back to ourselves. Through movement, music, and mindfulness, I aim to create space for students to remember their wholeness—and reclaim the truth that they are already enough.
This Practice, This Life
I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with nearly two decades of experience teaching yoga, leading workshops, teacher trainings, and continuing education programs. Before I found yoga, I was a ballet dancer—an identity that shaped my early relationship to movement, discipline, and embodiment. Where ballet taught me to override my body’s signals, yoga taught me to listen.
That contrast still informs the way I teach today. I completed my teacher training in North Adams, Massachusetts, with Vidya Heisel and spent over 15 years teaching in the San Francisco Bay Area. Now based in New York’s Hudson Valley, I offer yoga, pilates, and somatic barre classes throughout the region.
My teaching emphasizes agency, presence, and the radical act of listening inward.
